About Weave Partners
Founded in 2005, Weave Partners is the bridge between persons with disabilities and companies who want to tap into the huge reservoir of talent which they represent – either on-site or through work-from-home initiatives.
We believe that work is a part of who we are as people, and that everyone has the skills and abilities to be a productive part of the workforce. And our approach is simple; by focusing on abilities, not disabilities, we can create sustainable, profitable employment for both employees and the companies and organizations who hire them.
For individuals, we provide assistance in preparing for and finding competitive, meaningful employment through assessments, training, coaching and job-trials. The result? Individuals are able to maximize their potential in the business world.
For organizations, we offer a rich resource of talent. More than just filling corporate responsibility objectives, our candidates make good business sense. We've got the experience, support and tools to help you find the right person for the job.
At Weave Partners, we are committed to changing the workplace by changing the way people work. That's why we're also the leaders in work-from-home initiatives. By harnessing technology, we help persons with disabilities to work in a familiar, comfortable environment, and enable employers to tap into this diverse, highly skilled workforce.
Weave Partners... A different way of thinking about work.
